An interesting ice cream concept shop, in a way reversed. Scooped balls of ice cream are covered with everything from fruity loops to brownies are all ready on display. Pick your flavor, and then see how the staff throws it around in a Globe Trotters style, eventually squishing the balls back into a standard ice cream cup. There are few indoor seating options and a restroom. Prices are as on the high side as expected for concept shops. You can also buy an inside tour of the store which sounds like a promising experience for young kids.

There's something really fun and exciting about the employees tossing you your ice cream ball and you catching it in a bucket before they serve it to you. I've been watching Dylan Lemay's videos on YouTube and his joy is infectious so I just had to try this place when I was in town. I selected the Biscoff Cookies & Vanilla Ice Cream ball which was very tasty. Bring your date or friends along. This place is fun.

Great whimsical ice cream concept. Unique artisan flavors in the shape of a baseball. Customers are given the opportunity to catch their own flavor Ice cream ball in a plastic container. Price point is high for the experience. Ice cream is flavorful with a creamy texture. On this first visit we had the Biscoff Cookie Butter and the Cookie Dough. Only a few benches inside the shop to eat. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Ice cream balls: Single $6.96, Double $12.95 & Triple $18.00.

It was a fun experience, my daughter saw his shop on Tik Tok. So we had to stop by while being on vacation in New York! Ice creams are coated in different types of chocolates, and they have fun delicious 😋 flavors. …

I went in with VERY low expectations for this knowing that it was more of a touristy spectacle than actually good ice cream. But it was even lower than low, worser than worse. We ordered the non-dairy option which we were told it was chocolate, but when they finally brought it out from the back, it ended up being vanilla (i think since there was very little actual ice cream) and cookie dough that had seen better days. It was dry and hard and tasted awful. Really awful. It was really bad. Save your $9 !! and go somewhere else. Especially if you need non-dairy. The only positive about the non-dairy is that they brought out a special tray to mush it on. So if you have a milk allergy it seems safer than if they did it on the same area as the real ice cream. So that was appreciated. The "catching" part was silly. They throw a ball about the size of a tennis ball into a bucket and you catch it. WOW. LOL ETA: there were a few kids doing the "immersive experience". They appeared to be having a great time. Probably shouldn't have them reaching into the ice cream ball scooping cabinet, though.

I came all the way from NC to NY and made it part of the plan to stop here.(Never ever thought I'd even make it to an ice cream place he worked at.)I've been watching Dylan's channel since he started making ice cream videos. And was praying he was there so I could meet him. He was not, but the ice cream was great! I succeeded in catching my Ice cream. Overall a great experience! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Missed seeing you Dylan!

Nice little shop that allows you to catch your ball of ice cream as they toss it to you. Price was fair visited as seen on tik tok. Kids enjoyed it.

Fun ice cream shop. The ice cream is in balls that they toss to you, if you want. They then break up the ball to mix up the toppings and put it in a cup. The behind the scenes experience is fun. You get to make your own ice cream to take with you.
